Kat was great and did a fantastic job! The price of the haircut was great as well. Company policy to charge $10 to just blow dry my, very short, hair is a bit ridiculous though!

Is the Smart Style in Wamart in Oak Ridge even open. I scheduled an appointment online for 5/8/25 @1pm. I showed up 10min early, the were closed. Thinking they may be at lunch, I waited until 1:15, no one showed so i left. I tried calling, it always sounds like someone picks up but never says anything. About 2 weeks earlier i was receiving notifications of an apt i never booked. Again, i tried calling multiple times, always sounds like someone picks up but never speaks. Disappointed 🤨
