Talked the entire time, using hands. The hands needed to be cutting hair, not emphasizing a story i don't need to hear. Took forever. Basically dry cut, uneven, lopsided around ear on one side, not cut enough around ear on other side. Didn't clean off the hair after done. Charged $26🤯 and what normally Takes 15 minutes took almost 30. Will never go back. Go to an actual salon.
