I was told I could walk in for just a shampoo and conditioner. We drive 30 minutes to this location. Off the bat, the staff don't make me feel comfortable. The lady who comes to do my hair (never was told her name by the way), unbeknownst to me, is new, still learning, and is hard of hearing. This was told to my mother after the fact, and this would've been nice to know before the appointment. I sit in the seat, and put my head in the dirty sink, that I know was not cleaned beforehand.
