Most of the SmartStyle employees do a really great job of cutting my child's hair and giving us exactly what we asked for. But then there's this one lady who is always so nice and so friendly however, I'm never happy with anything she does it's never short enough. Usually when it looks like I'm going to be in her rotation I walk around the store for a while just so I can get a different stylist but unfortunately today I was in a hurry and let her cut my child's hair knowing it would be a disaster again. I had been laid up for a long time with health issues and unable to get my hair cut. It was in horrible shape. The girl next to the check in desk did a wonderful job of cutting it just like I wanted. I highly recommend her.
