I came in as a walk in after work, Kimberly in the Kennett Mo location was my stylist. I immediately felt right at ease with how friendly she was. I received exceptional service and will be returning.
Very good, the employee was very nice and she cut my hair quickly. The employee's name was Kimberly.
Best hairstyle ever
Booked online on a Sunday for a shampoo and haircut. Not from this town and happened to be close by in need, smartstyles was the only place open for a quick cut. Walked in and told them I had an appointment booked. She said "online? We don't see the online bookings and im in the middle of a highlight, sorry." No offer of resolution, nothing. So thanks for wasting my time I guess..
