Friendly and helpful
I had an appointment for my bangs to be trimmed and my mom to get a wash, cut and style. My appointment was at 12:45 and her appointment was at 1:00. We arrived at 12:30 to a completely empty shop. The entire store was open with merchandise sitting on shelves and no one in sight. There were half drank McDonald’s drinks on the stations. We waited for 45 minutes and no one ever showed up. I would not recommend this location.
