Carla was so helpful, I love visiting her!! She did just what I asked.
Came in about 4:20 the woman was busy with someone else so we said we'd come back in a little bit. We walked around about 20 minutes and came back just as the other customer was leaving,20 minutes before they closed. I just needed a quick cut for my son that wouldn't have taken that long at all but she turned us away, she could have said that earlier but no, she told us when we came back. Which is I guess whatever, it's her loss of a tip I suppose. But it's no wonder why this place had such a low rating.
They did my haircut OK, but this is second time I booked online appointment and can not get in on time. They have no time management and no respect to your time.
Carla is a sweet lady
My wife and I came here and were extremely disappointed. I'm not sure the woman's name but my wife showed her a picture of a basic pixie cut and was told she couldn't do it. I'm not sure she is qualified to work here; especially after reading the other reviews.
