I fear getting my hair cut for the very reason for this review. Yes, if I had the option of leaving ZERO stars I would. I went to Smart Styles for $15 TRIM, as I have been trying to grow my hair out for years. I get my hair cut, reluctantly, only twice a year. I figured I was overdue and also don't see any point in spending more than $20 if I only want a TRIM. I have had my hair cut at different Smart Style locations over the last 10 years (Roanoke and North Richland Hills) and just relocated to Garland and figured ... read more
