I went to the salon today with my son. The lady that was there was very rude and disrespectful seemed to have no patience what so ever. She did my sons hair incorrectly after he told her 4-5 times what he wanted. He response was oops misunderstanding u should bring a picture next time. Very unhappy with the cut and color. Color was pink (suppose to be blond) and layers were choppy. Staff and manager are both rude. Cost way more than original service to have my daughters hair fixed. Do not waste your time or money on this salon.

Ivonne did a great job making me look presentable again.
I went in to Ennis location to get a simple hair cut. I put my name on the list and hair stylist kept taking walk in customers and passing me by. Not the way to run a business. I have been going there for years. Ennis was not busy went by Pro Cuts and they were busy. Customer service might be why they weren’t busy. I won’t be back and will pass on my thoughts to others.
My hair looks amazing Thanks to my awesome Stylist, I'll be going there for all my hair care needs.
