Absolutely terrible, New Castle PA location.
Worst place to get a haircut. I will not be returning. Customer service is ridiculous also.

Went to the kirkwood location. My hair is horrible!! I'm completely embarrassed to go in public! It's uneven & the worst color job ive ever seen. I asked them to go over the top of my hair because it wasnt right no blending what so ever!! The whole time my hair was done i was faced to the side for all the wal mart customers to see me instead of facing a mirror. I wasnt offered to see my hair until the end.
