I took my daughter to SmartStyle today for a haircut. The hairstylist with an African accent told me, "We can't not do it. You have to do it yourself." because my daughter's hair was tangled. I NEVER in my life had a service refused to me until today! I took my daughter to SuperCut and all they had to do was put the detangler in her hair & comb it out. SmartStyle also have this detangler! My 3 years old daughter & I was at the Supercut salon for about 20 minutes until we were done.
