I don't recommend this salon. I got highlights and now most of my hair has fell out. I am really upset. I spoke to the GM and all she offered me was one deep conditioning shampoo. The GM kept acting like she was too busy to look at my hair I felt like she was brushing me off. The lady who did my hair also tried to make it seem like it was my fault. One shampoo is not gonna bring my hair back. This place is bad business and has terrible service!

I walked out today. When I arrived I was barely greeted. I was told it would be an hour wait if I wanted to wait. I said okay. I told the young lady my name who said she would check me in. I returned just under an hour later was once again barely acknowledged never was told if my name was on the list. But no one ever took the time to check. After waiting ten minutes or so I finally left. Clearly my business was not needed. A shame for whoever would have cut my hair because I tip well. I won't be back.

The smart styles in Pensacola on highway 29 is the best donna is very talented and I always go out with my hair looking nice. The whole staff there is very nice and they all do nice work. if anyone ask me about where to get their hair done I tell them about donna she is a great stylist and she cares about her work.
