I took my 3 year old to get his hair cut. When he came out it looked like his hair was just brushed to the side. When I got home to comb his hair out (to get the excess hair out) the lady completely screwed his hair up BADLY! The manager, however was fantastic at getting it resolved and was able to fix the damage the other lady had done. (Stylist was Lana) I love going to Smart Styles but I will NEVER use this lady again. I love this location. Quick and affordable quality haircut and color!
I asked for cut of my longer hair in back, trim my bangs, and feather on the side and back to shape it up. She said a bob and I said no, feathered on the side to feather back. What did I get a Bob!! This girl did not even have a jacket on, dirty lime green shirt with hair all over it, clearly it was close to closing time and she was done. Worst cut I have ever experienced and this is where I go every time. Other stylist here are awesome, just not this one. Yes, I did tip here like the lady I am!
