Went and got our hair cut, and the lady that did my moms didn’t put hardly any layers in it like she wanted, and they were longer. Just so you know also, you might as well get all your hair dyed if you want just the roots done, cause apparently it’s the same price. The lady that did mine, cut my hair about 3 inches shorter than I asked, and she pointed out to me when she said is this ok. She also left dye all over my face. Diane was able to get rid of all my split ends and put in a couple of layers so it wasn’t so weighed down and made it so I could still put it in a pony for work. Thanks Diane!!!
If I could give no stars, I would. Incredibly disappointed in the haircuts for our two daughters today. The stylist was more concerned with her cell phone than taking the time to give a decent haircut. It was three minutes, tops, for both of our little girls. Their hair was misted with water and chopped off without being correctly separated or evenly cut. I've contacted corporate and will be receiving a refund, and hopefully the stylist, who I believe is the manager, will be relived of her duties.
Always professional. Quick but still does a wonderful job. I get my hair done by Myrisa, she's great. Always satisfied.
Really like the blonde I got done there 2 weeks ago.
