Went in to get my granddaughters bangs trimmed and the worker was talking to a man and asked what I needed i told her and she said sorry we are booked for the day well what the hell was she doing and the other one that was looking at me and doing nothing so I got turned away and making a complaint to corporate!

Wanda at the champaign location is absolutely amazing! She worked on my hair last weekend and spent 5 hours trying to lift black box dye out of my hair and add some dark blue highlights. Today i went back to get my brothers hair cut for new years and she did nothing less then a FANTASTIC job! Little bro loves the new do and it has been mom approved! ���
