I really like this place!
Worst experience ever my daughter has been crying since her hair cut!!! Ask for a medium bob hair cut even showed her a picture! And got something totally different!!! Ask if she had experience and can do hair cut and she said yes, instead chopped all of my daughter's hair off!! If you can't do a hair cut be honest instead of ruining someone's hair!
If I could give this business no stars I would. I've had my hair colored since I've been 16 years old and this was the worst experience I've ever had. My highlights look like Brittany Spears in 2001, they're so stripey. This is not at all the color I asked for. The stylist left bleach on my hair for over 90 minutes so now I have hair the texture of straw. I've called corporate three times to complain and all they can offer me is that a district leader will call me in two days time. It's been over a week and no one has contac... read more
