I worked there for 3years of my life, and it was the most frustrating ones. It was my first salon job straight out of cosmetology school and I messed up some hair in the beginning but that's to be expected. It really all depends on the "team" you have backing you which was subpar. Very catty and gross atmosphere. The pay rate is barely minimum wage.
