Horrible customer service! I had a 5:30 appointment & had to wait over 1/2 hour to see my stylist. Not because of her, but because the manager had decided to have a staff meeting 😳 What?!?!? A staff meeting should be held before or after the salon is open/closed, not when there are customers waiting (I was not the only one. Please discuss this with your manager. I felt as he thought that my time was not valuable. If it were not for Cynthia, I would NEVER return.
