RecommendedI only go to Crystal. She does a thorough job and takes her time. she has a wonderful personality about her and great hair tips! She also gives the best shampoo massages! The rest of the staff is always nice and friendly but she is the one I have do my hair.

I just left there rite now n I wanted a haircut. N I had to wait like 15 mins to git in then another guy come in n said he need to wait n then he went in be4 me.. They Suck!!!!!!
I was there on 8/12/16. Got there at 10am for a color. After 4 hours (understandable for what I wanted I supposed) I was unsure of how my hair turned out. Was not at all what I wanted, but I thought I would grow to like it if I got used to it. Once I got home the more I looked at my hair, I hated it. I cried once I realized just how bad it had turned out. I had to fix it myself and it looks more like what I wanted than what they had done. people who work there seems there always In a bad mood and never in a good mood!!! Higher different people! Worker's aren't friendly!! To expensive! Not Worth it!!
On Saturday 6-11-16 I was there to get a hair cut. Check in at 5:50 and the girl said it would be at least 20 min. So I walked around in the store for 25 min and came back. I sat there until 6:55. Then she started to close the doors and I ask her if she not going to give me a hair cut. she said no I am closing. I have been getting my hair cuts there for 15 years. I need to hear from the manager.
