Went yesterday for a trim on my short hair. Waited almost 20 minutes while employees kept checking goals on front computer and announcing same to entire salon. Finally Sarah was to be my stylist. Took her 35 minutes to trim my hair and now I can see my scalp over my ears, layers are uneven in back, and didn't clean up neck area but that was due to I couldn't stand being there any longer. RecommendedMarina was my stylist. She made me look and feel like a human being again and she didn’t make me feel bad at all for all the work I gave her. I have been in a bad depression and stopped washing my hair. I just kept it tied up all the time. She worked on my matted hair for an hour to get the knots out that were close to my scalp. She tried to avoid shaving my hair off and she succeeded. I am so incredibly embarrassed and grateful for her. Many many thanks!
Carrie has done 2 styles (ballet bun for her dance recital & French braids for her school dance!)for my daughter & she is amazing! Marina (sorry if I spelled that wrong) did a cut and color/highlights on myself & I Love it! Kim also styled my daughters hair in a ballet bun for pictures & did amazing! This place is Awesome the prices are great & I would recommend them. All of the ladies are kind & listen to what you want.
Beware run from this place. Went in for eyebrow wax the lady really messed them up. Tried to call they don't even answer the phone. Glad I decided to wait on a hair cut.will never go there again
