Went yesterday for a trim on my short hair. Waited almost 20 minutes while employees kept checking goals on front computer and announcing same to entire salon. Finally Sarah was to be my stylist. Took her 35 minutes to trim my hair and now I can see my scalp over my ears, layers are uneven in back, and didn't clean up neck area but that was due to I couldn't stand being there any longer.
