Called in and asked if they could do a body wave perm on my hair. They assured me they could and it would look great. Showed them a photo. Becca the 19 year old manager stuck me with Kat who (unbennownst to me) was new and never did a perm before. She over processed my hair and burnt my scalp to the point where I had chunks of my scalp coming off for the next two weeks.
