The manager Laurie, cut my hair. I asked for a simple trim. When I got home and blow dried and straightened my hair I realized it was done horribly. One side is a different length than the other. No wonder it only took her about 5 minutes to cut my hair. When I called and spoke with her she didn’t once apologize. She just offered to fix it. I can understand making a mistake but what kind of manager/professional doesn’t apologize for the mistake that they made! I will not be going back there!
