Asked for just a trim, two inches off.. she cut off 6. She showed how much she was cutting and it was far less than she actually cut off. Gave me a layer when I said I didn't want bangs or anything just a trim. Extremely disappointed.
I got my hair cut in December. I wanted the short in the back fading into the long in the front. Didn't get it. I've been trying to contact a manager and the regional manager for three weeks. Message after message but no return calls. All I wanted was it fixed. I will not be going back considering I buy my shampoo and conditioner and the rest of my hair care products there. I'm sure another salon will appreciate my business more.
Highly recommend! Extremely talented staff, personality beyond belief and most importantly, you are welcomed like family. I have had only one person in 23 years do my hair and that person is the manager of this salon. Tonya! Hats off to ya darling! You and your staff ROCK!
