Horrible experience in store and poor customer service. My stylist expressed discomfort in cutting my hair muttering "I don't cut curly hair" to the manager. I assumed the manger would switch clients with my stylist but she did not. I felt uncomfortable the whole time, and the fact that my stylist had me turned away from the mirror did not help. Repeated several times that I was trying to grow my hair out, yet the manager cut off 5 inches. All stylists had their customers' chairs facing away from the mirror so they couldn't see their hair being butchered. One girl in the salon cried when she saw herself, another girl was visibly upset, and I was furious when I saw my hair.
