The stylists need to know what they are talking about. They argued, lied, blamed and refused to discuss anything as a professional. Name calling is NOT part of customer service. Especially in front of a young child.

Friday afternoon the 18th drove 23 miles to bring my mom in for a haircut to be told we don't take walkins anymore Then went home scheduled two appointments for Sunday the 20th which my son drove 80 miles one way to get Get to salon there closed this is ridiculous this isn't how u treat ur customers
Rachel Eischens is the very best. I'd recommend her to everyone. She does a perfect job on my hair. she's highly knowledgeable about everything, and has such a great personality.
