I received friendly service from a knowledgeable courteous and highly professional young lady. She amazed me with her efficiency. She was working alone, but she completed each and every customer in a timely manner. Call me a regular.
All I wanted was my eye brows waxed. I was told to wait 30 min. Ok fine. I got 30 min. Came back in 30 min and waited 10 more minutes to be told someone else was in front of me and they was getting a color cut and a extreme blow dry. Whatever that means. All it would take is 5 minutes. But whatever. That's just a tip you missed out on and 45 min waste of my time. Won't go back.
