I given absolute zero star! This was the worst experience I have ever had I went in for a simple trim and I got a hatchet job I have bald spots I have triangle cut outs above my ears I am totally disgusted with this place. I had to go back in and have one of the other stylists try to fix with the first star listed and of course my hair just had to get shorter to try to fix it but it still absolutely horrible I don't know how the stylist Staci even has a job cutting hair she has no business even touching a person's hair. Been about a year since I had my hair cut and I wont let just anyone cut it. I dont like intimate shops. I like them loud and noisy like in Los Angeles. I was dying for a cut and took a dive. Even my cab driver said, "you know you get what you pay for". Im SO happy. Taylor did an amazing job and did exactly what I requested. I'll be back again.. it might not be for another six months, LOL... but Im a returning customer for sure! - Micha Kite
My wife went there and they totally butchered her hair. Didn't listen to what she wanted and cut way to much off. Will never go there again.
