This place is such a joke. Bought $100 worth of Matrix shampoo & conditioner. A couple days later went to return it cause I found it for less expensive elsewhere. The lady refused to return it even though on the receipt it said up to 7 days. Her reasoning being for 1: the sale was over and had new prices! (WHAT?!?!) it doesn’t matter what the “new sale” is, it’s within the time frame and I had the receipt!
