I asked for a spiral I had long hair. The stylist said that they do not do spiral perms anymore. But she does a perm that gives the same results. She said I needed to get layers on top I said okay but I do not want short hair. The perm was left in too long and it burned my hair bad it is now burned straw. She said she needed to cut two inches off the bottom because it was burned. She cut my hair and I paid two hundred dollars. I cried when I got home.
