had a terrible experience here on 12/12/19. I went in for a trim of 2 inches off of my very long hair before my wedding. i was serviced by Lenora who not only took 6 inches off but made a mess of my hair. its all different lengths, not layers, more like very uneven steps. a lot of strand are way longer while the back of my hair is now 4 inches long. made several complaints and have been totally brushed off by the store manager tonewanda. haven't gotten a call back or refund. extremely unprofessional... do not go here!!!! loo... read more
