Walked in was served right away, and did a good job.
I went in yesterday and asked for a trim asked for her to cut 1/2 inch add some layers and blend in my bangs. She cut my hair so uneven and my bangs r so short they can’t even be touched so I go back lastnite and another young lady fixed so all together i lost 4 inches when all I wanted was a trim. Normally I don’t post bad reviews but what upsets me is I have to walk around with my bangs inch long and so uneven!!! I was just 3 wks new to the area & was scheduled for a job interview in a Corporate setting & so wanted my hair to look healthy & professional. Upon entering the Smart Style Salon the Staff was rude & annoyed. I explained I was new to the area & didn't know of another salon. I described what I wanted done & I showed her a photo from her book.
