Talk about racist and rude ! Never go there, unless you are black then you are all set ! Disgusted and furious. After 2 hours and 15 minutes of waiting I still wasn't being waited on.
Went in an hour and a half before their posted closing time and was told that they weren't doing anymore cuts tonight because he had somewhere else to be. I found both employees to be unprofessional. I could understand if it was an emergency, but he gave me the reason and it wasn't an emergency. All I wanted was a haircut, nothing crazy and didn't even want color done. In the past I have been happy with the service at this location, but after today, it will take a bit to want to give them another chance.
I especially LOVE Ashley in the Beaufort location. She has made my 16 year old happy TWICE.
