Keena went above and beyond—she sent detailed videos explaining every part of the check-in and made it easy for me to get everything set up over the weekend. The 5 stars all go to Keena! Keena has absolutely been our go to person for all questions and concerns. We had a leak issue and she was kind and helpful. She has also been super fast to respond any time we had a question or needed to make a change. I truly cannot say enough good things about Keena.
