Awful service. I called the number that uhaul gave me to reserve a rental trailer and the person just hung up on me. All I asked for was what their hours were and then he scoffed and just hung up. There is plenty of uhaul services in tricities area. I would recommend searching elsewhere.

New in Benton City SmartStorage is an actual modern secure facility here in Benton City. Cameras, keypad gate, simple rentals, great customer service. It's nice that someone is actually around all the time to help customers and maintain the place
