I rented this space because it was climate controlled and my temperature sensitive items were safe. Today I went and realized it is no longer temperature controlled! So I am paying for a service not provided and most likely my temperature sensitive items are ruined. Price keeps going up and service jeeps going down. I guess they want to loose their long term customers
