We won an auction for a unit in this facility. We called the Night before about an hour before they close to verify, we were all good. We also paid a fee to do this. They said everything was fine and we told them we’d be there in the morning. We brought our invoice and drove five hours to the unit. When we got there, we started doing the transaction. She decided to call the tenant “ more than once” of the unit and left a message. She begged her to pay and for about 45 minutes while we stood there and then she turned us away.... read more
