Vaughn was great at showing me around and explaining the billing process and storage options. What caused them to lose a star was more on the corporate side of things. They don’t tell you online that the price you agreed to is promotional and can change month to month and they don’t mention that you need a special cylinder lock for your unit - so your only option is to buy one furnished by them for $21.95. Regardless, I feel that my property is well protected and that alone is worth the “cost of admission.”
