David went out of his way to assist me with a lock problem during my move-in, relieving my worries and assuring me they are available for any further questions. Do not trust them with your belongings. Terrible experience. If you care about your items, do not store them here. We kept our life’s possessions in this facility under the assumption that it was climate-controlled. Instead, the lack of proper AC completely ruined our wood furniture, causing it to split and warp. On top of the climate issues, the entire facility is infested with rats. When we filed an insurance claim for the damage, the company denied it, using the excuse that "the AC works fine." David went above and beyond in customer service. He is the definition of an efficient and reliable manager. Highly recommended getting a unit from them.
This was fast and everybody was very nice. David and Amanda are very welcoming. They are great at what they do, very informative and take great care of you.
