Has the best promo rates for ocoee winter garden area. Promo rates last 3 to 4 months before jumping up in price. The online documents are simple and is easier then doing at to location. The staff has always been nice and help you out in the check out process.

Sarah and Jay were incredibly kind and friendly from the moment I walked in. They made everything easy and took the time to help without making me feel rushed. Their attitude really stood out and made the whole experience pleasant. Highly recommend this storage facility because of them.

Outstanding customer service from Jay at SmartStop in Ocoee! Jay is always friendly, helpful, and professional. The facility is by far one of the cleanest storage facilities I’ve seen, and it’s great knowing Jay is always onsite and available to help. His attention to customers really makes a difference. Highly recommend SmartStop Ocoee, especially because of the excellent service from Jay!
