Should get -0. It's a filthy disgusting place and they are very aware that their units are horribly infested with mice and rats. Your furniture, precious belongings and heirlooms, will be absolutely destroyed here. You will have furniture soaked with urine and rodent fecal matter, which in itself is a health hazard. I had this storage unit for three months with this place. They don’t inform me that they had a huge mouse problem. They refused to compensate me for losing everything that was in there. Memories all lost forever and they don’t give a crap. Highly would stay away
