Roc was really great! Super helpful!
There's only one cart in the whole property that works. We need more carts! The attendant was very courteous and helpful. But it really makes it hard to move without carts.
Can’t believe how inaccurate this places staff is. Been here twice now. BOTH times different people. Both times customer service sucked. Waited for someone to open an office that should had been open for over 20 minutes while calling number no one answered. Now waiting for slick to be undone. Been here over an hour. Haven’t unloaded a damn thing Need an attorney now. The bathroom is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Staff didn’t come to let me out. Other customers did.
