LOnnie was very nice and cordial, very professional.
It's fine. My only complaint is that my rent amount has gone up twice in a year. As soon as im able I will have to get a smaller unit Amended 6/10/26 The facility is nice. The employees don't know what there doing.
From the moment I began my communication with the Call centre for chequing in on location in Surprise, AZ, it has bee a very nice experence. The team on location professionally assited me personally into a very clean and secure complex.
