I was genuinely impressed by this storage facility from the moment I arrived. I've used storage units before, but I don't think I've ever seen one that was this clean, organized, and well-maintained. The Customer service representative, FILIPP, at the particular location on Pell Circle, was very charming and accommodating! He made my move in so pleasant! First he signed me up with a storage room that met my needs, and then out of concern for me, with regard to the extreme hot temperatures outside, he kept offering me some water to drink all afternoon while I was moving a 20ft Uhaul truck load into my storage unit!
