They were wonderful!! So helpful! When my guy passed away my access into the building was lost due to his family factory resetting my phone. Yes I knew the locker number and of course my guys name and the gentleman working was so understanding at this location I was able to pay the bill and retrieve access into the facility...great experience!! Thank you so much...with so much going on you helped to ease some of the burden I have during these times. Thank you again!!
Your monthly charges have gotten absolutely ridiculous they were high before, but now they are out of control. While your prices continue to increase beyond reason, the facility on Riggs (and Higley) has gone down hill. As a drive through facility, the south overhead door has been broken and out of order more than it has been in service.....this means that anyone bringing item to, or taking items from their unit must back in or back out.
