Rent price was increased without no notice $20.00. In the past I called left messages for Nathan Church to call me and one time left a message with Crystal (whom is wonderful)for him to call me and then wrote him a letter got no call nothing. I now live 10 hours away and am on Social security and they keep raising prices with no warning and when you're on Social Security every dollar counts and to keep getting rent increases with no notice is not right. So absolutely unprofessional and rude would not let my husband check in even though his name was on the reservation after working a 16 hr nursing shift and cooking dinner I had to drive an hour just to get the keys and the attendant was rude and asked alot of rude questions! - threatening to put her locks on if we don’t and we told her a lot we have our locks !
Crystal was very helpful explaining everything and facility looks secure.
