I've always had a pleasant experience with the staff here. They're always super helpful and patient. Facilities are clean, well lit and I feel like my belongings are safe. Some price changes in the past year thanks to inflation but they've been transparent and sent emails prior to changes. I've had my things here for almost 2 years with no plans to go elsewhere.

Although the least expensive in Lakewood, the customer service is very low. The manager is never in the office. The corporate customer service was just like "well, no one is there, you'll have to wait until tomorrow." All I'm saying is the customer service leaves a lot to be desired and no one seems to care that it is sub-par. So sad because I was looking forward to a good experience.
All three woman in the office were very friendly. I came in to change the credit card used for our payments and it was fast and easy!
