The staff is good, but the company not so much. They gouge you on fees and raise the rent every month. Very ready to not have to store my belongings ever again.

Phil is extremely a great asset to Smart Stop. He followed through on issues that I had recently encountered. He made sure that my transition to one unit from another unit was smooth. He made the appropriate money transaction and followed up with regional manager for reimbursement that was due to me. Thank you Phil for awesome customer service!
