"Get your toilet fixed. It's been spraying water everywhere for at least two weeks now. Every time it's flushed, water shoots out and splashes all over your shoes and the floor. There's a huge puddle of water around it, creating both a mess and a potential safety hazard. I can't understand how staff have ignored this issue for so long. This is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately
