This is the worst facility for storage auctions. Ive bought a couple of units here and three times the rooms were looked through. The pictures online were completely different from sold unit. The worst part was that they had the red tamper seal on them meaning that they were looked through right after the picture was taken, then the seal was put on it to make it seem like its wasnt tampered. This time i bought a unit, I travelled twice to make a payment and there is nobody at the office nor a courtesy sign to tell customers ... read more

I have had 2 storage units at this facility for nearly 2 years and had never encountered any negative issues with staff or the premises. Unfortunately, on February 22, 2026 there was a FORCED ENTRY burglary at 7:30 PM - (after office hours). The OFFICE STAFF and corporate office failed to file a police report, failed to notify me in a professional timely manner, and failed to provide TRUE FACTS about the incident, and even failed to secure the entry door going forward many weeks later. I would give many more stars, if possible! This business has incredible employees who are professional, thorough and communicative! Beyond that, they are kind and considerate! Thank you to Phoebe, Helena, and Essex!
