Nicki was on point with everything! First she beat me to confirm the reservation before I could get to my phone to do it LOL. She was Suuuuper helpful and sweet. She got us in, showed us the unit, filled out the paperwork, and got us paid and taken care of in no time. She also pointed out the insurance i didnt realize i'd opted out of online.
