Husband and wife team. Very helpful ! I had a dysfunctional Oticon charger and dead hearing aids. Visiting here for a month! My audiologist out of town. Thank you so much for your texts and advice! They had so many options for me and all reasonable charges!!! The best! Follow up review: Sharon delivered to my son’s home a refurbished oticon charger at a great price! Front door service. Hearing aids are now charged and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Darin and Sharon.
We experiences responsive, caring, and personalized service - no regrets going to them instead of a big box corporation. It was super helpful that they sent someone to us rather than having to drag ourselves to a store - it makes follow-up appointments so much easier! More expensive up front than Costco etc., but I think Smart Step is a better value, and probably comes out to be less expensive in the long term because of how they help with repairs and replacements. Darin is wonderful! Robert, too. Darin has worked with my elderly father for years, patiently explaining hearing issues and the latest technology and using his expertise to do all he can to help him understand others. He's been a real life-line. Coming to his place of residence is definitely a valuable service, too. They certainly have a heart for helping people hear.
