My Phonak base Charger quit working. Darin was very responsive & quickly obtained a new charger, plus he hand delivered it to my home

AS A NEW HEARING AID USER I HAVE FOND THE ONE ON ONE SESSIONS EXTREMELY VALUABLE. ALSO....HAVING MY PERSONAL HEARING ISSUES IMMEDIATELY EVALUATED AND ADJUSTED HAS BEEN A DEFINITE PLUS FOR ME. AND OF COURSE HAVING DARIN EXPLAIN EVERYTHING AS HE ADJUSTS MY DEVICE AND TEACHES ME HOW TO TAKE CARE OF MY AIDS HAS BEEN A MUST FOR THIS NEWBE!
