Amazing service and so many options to choose from. They make it convenient and they always follow up to see if I need anything. I am a repeat customer since 2011.
I have worked with Smart Step Hearing for over 3 years now. They are exceptional in getting to know their customer and figuring out what hearing aid will work best. Their customer service goes above and beyond. They take time to explain how the hearing aids work, and are always happy to visit you if you need further assistance or guidance. We are very happy with Smart Step and will continue to use them for all our future hearing aid needs.

We experiences responsive, caring, and personalized service - no regrets going to them instead of a big box corporation. It was super helpful that they sent someone to us rather than having to drag ourselves to a store - it makes follow-up appointments so much easier! More expensive up front than Costco etc., but I think Smart Step is a better value, and probably comes out to be less expensive in the long term because of how they help with repairs and replacements.
