Robert Augur from SmartStep Hearing came to my home, gave me an audio test (as well as one to my husband). The tests determined that I need hearing aids, but my husband does not. Robert returned and gave me some further tests and recommended hearing aids that would suit my condition. He is very pleasant and the process was easy for me. When the aids arrived, he calibrated them and showed me how to wear them and use the app that comes with them.
