Jenn Lombardi, APRN is amazing and thorough. I can tell she genuinely cares about my sons and is always willing to reassure and comfort us. Dr. Lavalette is awesome, loves kids and talks it through with you, doesn't make you feel rushed.
I can’t say enough great things about Smartstart! Dr. Lavalette does not rush you at all - he takes the time to thoughtfully answer all of your questions. The other providers we’ve seen have been great as well. We’ve been able to send in pictures and videos via the patient portal and get help over the phone the few times our son has been sick. We highly recommend!
I am so impressed with Smartstart Pediatrics! They are SO responsive when you need them. I live with my daughter and my 3 grandkiddos and we’ve never had a better pediatric clinic. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
